This Gill-Pratt issue in the paper is unbelievable. We need a federal oversight committee to oversee the entire political system in NOLA, from judges to DA's to Clerks of Court and all those above. If not, four years from now we are going to be looking at some huge investigations into the misuse of federal funding or FEMA money. Each and every contract and expenditure by the city needs to be examined.
