On Monday, November 27, 2006, in Section G of the Criminal District Court for the Parish of Orleans, at 9:00am, will be a MOTIONS hearing for the individual accused of shooting P/O Andre Gonzalez. Although it is a MOTION hearing and not trial, it would be good for as many people as possible to show for support and to let the Judge and the public know we are watching and in full support of Officer Gonzalez. Unfortunately, as Chico and family and supporters sat in Section G of CDC this morning, waiting for the case to be called, there came a BOMB THREAT which reqiured the evacuation of the entire court building. Judge Julian Parker adjourned court for the day without hearing the matter. The case will be reset and the date posted.
