We have been working on it for going on two days now. Currently bellsouth has a DNS caching issue but it looks fine from all other ISPs.

We had a issue with designing the top banner, its hard to get a story across in simple graphics. If you need anything, let me know. I am the administrator for Rhino.

You guys should sign up and let me go ahead and setup your account as a publisher so you can updated news items. In fact everyone should signup, the accouts coming from PANO and FOP should use their PANO and FOP email addresses so I know who is who when setting up your accounts.

All Police Officers should register to show their support, it will help when we send out email alerts.
