What happened in the 8th district?

All,
I have been hearing these rumors of some fruckus that happened in the 8th district, whereby several officers just got suspended over some alleged abuse of some lawyer......for some reason there is nothing on the TV or internet about it. I heard a rumor today that there was a video of this incident, and that it is being carefully guarded.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

There is no video that I am aware of, however, the way I understand the guy put up a fight and resisted when they stopped him walking to question him. Although everywhere you look in the quarter, there is someone with a camera so it might be the case that someone shot video covertly. What is this city coming to when you cant do your job and stop someone who then becomes combative, what is required is reasonable force and such was applied in this case, the guy was combative. the guy filed a complaint and that is how this all got started. So this sends a message to the criminals if you ask me.
