A request for sicktime help

I am asking that members of PANO assist me with a donation of sicktime. I have had a total of 5 surgeries since Feb. 9th, 2006. I had triple heart bypass surgery and then complications afterwards. I am recuperating at my daughter's house just outside of Abilene, Tx. I am still unable to travel and go to work. After getting here to recuperate, I ended up in the hospital here for two more surgeries due to a severe infection, which ended up costing me my sternum, that had to be removed because of the infection in the bone. There is a possiblity of more surgery to follow to rebuild my chest, but the doctors have not committed to that yet. I have run out just about all of my sicktime and I ask that you, the members of PANO, come forward to help me out in my time of need.

Can we get some forms to pass out to all the district stations? That will be the best way to get some sick leave for Tony. I will be easier for people to donate if the paperwork is right their infront of them.
